Please be advised that all events and activities of the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston (“the Club”) are organized for the benefit and enjoyment of its members. Individuals who participate do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration of participation in the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston’s events and activities, I hereby agree:

TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I may have now or in the future against The Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston and its officers, directors, agents, or affiliates, and its successors or assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, resulting from or related to or as a consequence of my participation in any and all events of the Club, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER including any negligence, breach of contract or breach of any duty of care on the part of the Releasees;

TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to the property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from or related to or as a consequence of my participation in any and all events of the Club; and

THAT THIS AGREEMENT SHALL be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.
