Membership Application

I wish to make an application for membership in the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston. I understand that the first dues payment includes a non-refundable $50.00 annual dues, plus $16 for magnetic name badge, $5.50 for PROBUS pin and $4.50 for administration fees, for a total of $76.00. (Note: Fiscal year is from June 1st to May 31st)

Note: Payment may be made by E-transfer to: or by cheque payable to Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston.

The Club meets on the last Monday of each month, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Royal Canadian Legion, 111 Dufferin Street, South, Alliston

Please note that no member names or other personal identifying information will be publicly available on our website. However, photos taken during events may be used on the website.
Upon membership approval, I grant permission for my personal contact information to be shared with the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston membership.
In accordance with the Canadian Standards Association’s Model Code for the protection of personal information, the information collected will be restricted to use within the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston (The Club). Once a year, your personal contact information will be shared with other members of the Women’s PROBUS Club of Alliston to allow for networking. Use of this information for reasons other that networking by members of the Club is strictly prohibited.
